Terms of Service - Word Master

1. The Service and Content

TSASG WordGame provides hand-crafted puzzle grids, dictionary definitions, and playable word archives. All content, puzzles, lexicon structures, and UI designs within the app are the intellectual property of TSASG WordGame and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

We offer optional in-app subscriptions to unlock premium features and the complete puzzle archive.

Billing: All payment transactions are securely handled directly through Google Play Billing. We do not process or store your credit card details.
Subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. Canceling prevents future charges, but maintains your premium access until the current paid period ends.

3. App Availability

We strive to keep the game running smoothly but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the app at our sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSASG WordGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
